Many repairs are done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered for your model, we'll tell you the timeframe upfront before we start.

Will I lose my files?

Most repairs don't touch your data. When a repair does involve the drive, we'll talk to you first and can back up your files before we begin.

Do I need to leave my password?

Only if we need to test something inside your account. For most hardware repairs we can test without it — just ask and we'll explain.

Is the diagnosis really free?

Yes. We'll find the fault and give you a price. If you decide not to go ahead, you don't pay anything.
